The simple rules.
These terms apply when you use the Daamly app or this website. By using Daamly you agree to them.
The service
Daamly is a free personal tool for recording and reviewing your own income, expenses and budgets, and for splitting shared expenses with people you choose. It is not a bank, payment service or financial adviser. It does not move money, and nothing in the app is financial, tax or legal advice.
Your account
You can use Daamly without an account, sign in with Google or an email and password to sync your data, or join Shares as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your phone and sign-in details secure and for the activity on your account.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you enter, and for having permission to add other people’s details and expenses to a Share.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Daamly: no attempts to access other people’s data, to disrupt the service, to reverse engineer it to harm others, or to use it for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
Sign-in, sync and Shares are provided using Google Firebase. Your use of your Google account is also covered by Google’s terms.
No warranty
Daamly is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be error-free or always available, or that calculations, charts and budgets are exact. Please keep your own records for anything important.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions made using the app.
Changes and ending use
We may update the app, these terms or the service. We will post changes here and update the date. You can stop using Daamly at any time and delete your account.
